Square Announces More New Kingdom Hearts II Details After a long list of Advent Children updates, Square Enix has finally remembered Kingdom Hearts II, and has announced a few new details regarding the sequel. The game will feature a new battle style, which will open different options for players while battling. The new battle system provides Sora, the main character, with the ability to change his form during combat, using “Drive”. Sora can switch his default form (Standard/Attack mode) to forms such as the Wisdom Form. The Standard/Attack mode features Sora’s sword as the weapon. However, if the player decides to switch Sora’s form to the Wisdom Form, the “Attack” command will be replaced with a “Shoot” command and magical bullets will be used as the weapon. Kingdom Hearts II is expected to release in Japan by the end of the year. Source: Famitsu
