Yoshinori Kitase Interview Famitsu magazine recent had the chance to interview Yoshinori Kitase. Best known for directing Final Fantasy VII, VIII and X as well as co-directing FFVI on the SNES, he has recently been in charge of the Final Fantasy VII Completion project which so has produced Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Before Crisis, Dirge of Cerberus and Last Order. In this interview, Kitase revealed some information about Dirge of Cerberus and future projects. 1. Dirge of Cerberus will have an easy and normal mode at the start of the game. 2. Development of Crisis Core has not yet started but the scenario for the PSP game has almost finished. 3. Kitase wants to start work on next generation consoles games once Dirge of Cerberus is complete and has shown interest in Nintendo's Revelation controller 4. Should any new Final Fantasy games be developed on the PS3 (which one has already been confirmed), he would most likely be in charge. Source: Square Insider
