Official Final Fantasy XI: Treasures of Ahturhgan Website Opens
Although rumoured for a Q1 2006 release date, Square-Enix have opened the officail website for the latest FFXI expansion, Treasures of Ahturhgan.

Included in the expansion will be new Jobs, Items, Armour, Areas, Quests and more. Included in the expansion is the popular Blue Mage which has appeared in many of the Final Fantasy games most recently as the Gun Mage accessory in FFX-2 and further back, Kimarhi in FFX (yes, he is a Blue Mage).

The official site will be updated over time with new infomation about the new features being added to the game.
