Namco Trademarks Four New Names For Tales Series Namco, developer of the long running Tales series of games, currently have one new Tales game in development and one previously released in August, but they have trademarked four new names making it six possible confirmed sequels this year. Although 2005 is not yet over, 2003 to 2005 will have seen 6 new Tales games (2 released each year), 3 spinoffs (with 1 being released each year) and one port to the PSP (released in 2005). Since 1995 20 Tales games will have been released but it doesn't stop there. With Tales of the Abyss scheduled for December 15th in Japan, Namco have already trademarked the next 4 games in series although they haven't comment about the titles as of yet.
