Final Fantasy XII Demo Not Included With PAL Dragon Quest VIII
According to Square-Enix Europe, the PAL version of Dragon Quest VIII will not come included with the Final Fantasy 12 demo, unlike the US version which had the demo as a bonus.

Although it was not stated why it would not have the demo, it is possible that the PAL release of Final Fantasy 12 is so far off, releasing a demo this early would not make much sense so unfortunately European gamers will have to wait until a later date to get the chance to play the Final Fantasy 12 demo.
