Final Fantasy Insider Forums Situation - 25/1/06
As guests and members may have noticed, the Final Fantasy Insider forums have been down for an extended period of time and we've got some news about the situation for you.
Our attempts to acquire a recent backup for the forum database has unfortunately failed and as a result this means the forum will need to be restarted from the begining. All accounts, threads, posts, post counts, repuation points, Arcade and games will all be gone.
Currently this decision is not final. We are giving you the chance to decide if we should restart the forums or just keep on waiting for a backup to hopefully surface. In the end, there is a chance that delaying may or may not pay off and it should be known that even if we wait, a reset could still happen because there would be no other choice as it has been almost 1 month since the forums went offline.
