More Friends Concert Album Due For Release Last year a series of Final Fantasy concerts were played across North America and were quite successful so an Album from the May 16th Los Angeles concert will be released. Although a full track listing has yet to be released, the Los Angeles performace included guest performances by Rikki singing 'Suteki Da Ne', Emiko Shiratori performing 'Melodies of Life' and the Black Mages performing Maybe I'm A Lion and The Rocking Grounds from the original NES version of Final Fantasy III. Aerith's theme and One Winged Angel was performed. The concert also saw the U.S. debut of 'Maria and Draco,' an opera from Final Fantasy VI and even a worldwide first of 'Swing de Chocobo' which was composed by concert conducter Arnie Roth. James Arnold Taylor, best known to Final Fantasy fans as the english voice of Tidus and Shuyin was guest MC. Although this album will be released in Japan, there is no word on a possible US or EU release.
