Hironobu Sakaguchi Reveals Mistwalker's RPG Details Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of Final Fantasy, has talked about games his Mistwalker company is developing for the X-Box 360. At a Microsoft conference, Sakaguchi said his companies first RPG game, Blue Dragon, is still set for an end of the year release. When talking about the game, Sakaguchi is quoted to have said: "It's hectic every day. Even today, I have to go to the studio to attend the voice recording right after I finish talking here. It's a pretty rare case, but Blue Dragon's development is progressing very smoothly. It can already run on the Xbox 360 with things such as the battle phases and event scenes connected together. During the next few months, we'll be working on the stage direction and balancing the game." Due for a 2007 release is Lost Odyssey, Mistwalkers second RPG game. A demo of the game will be released this summer, but the demo is supposed to include 20 minutes of the games opening sequence. This opens the question, just how long is the intro? Although no news about it has been released yet, Mistwalker are also developing an Action RPG titled Cry On. Sakaguchi is currently focusing on Blue Dragon so Cry On details may take a while.
