New Eminence concerts schedueled in Oceania Renowned Oceanic music group Eminence has just announced their newest event, entitled 'Passion', scheduled for December. Featuring songs from the upcoming Final Fantasy 12, as well as various other Final Fantasy and Square titles, the event will be held for one day only each in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore. Attending all three of these will be the legendary Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono series and Xenogears), appearing as a guest of honor and also performing in some select songs. Exclusively appearing at the Sydney event will be the one-and-only Hitoshi Sakimoto, the man behind the music of Ivalice (Final Fantasy 12, Tactics, Tactics Advance). Also performing at all three of these events are the world-renowned Ayako Ishikawa and Hiroaki Yura, both on violin. Rather than go the path of the large orchestra, 'Passion' will be using a smaller group of instruments, to create a more personal feel, effectively re-introducing you to the tracks. The Sydney performances will be held on December 16th at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, with sessions at 3pm and 7:30pm. Melbourne's event will be on the 9th of December at the Malthouse Theatre, performances at the same times as Sydney's, and Singapore's on the 23rd of December, with only one performance at 8pm.
