New Final Fantasy 13 trailer on the way
Toriyama and Nomura recently sat down with Dengeki and revealed a few new tidbits about Fabula Nova Crystallis.
The main new information was Toriyama's revelation of a new trailer for Final Fantasy 13, supposedly surfacing next month. This would most likely mean we'll be seeing it at Jump Festa '07 - let's just hope it isn't a private trailer and is actually made available to anyone. Reportedly, the trailer will show some new characters.
On the basis of story, Nomura talked Versus 13, revealing there is also a heroine to parallel the game's hero which we've all seen by now. Apparently the hero is the heir to (a) throne, and his kingdom, country, people and it's crystal have all come under attack, forcing him to make a stand. As an afterthough, Nomura also added that the hero's eyes will turn red while wielding his sword.
Talking gameplay, Nomura was reluctant to give new info, simply saying he wants to try and include some new 'tricky' battles, ala what we saw in Advent Children.
