A Core within the Crisis...
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 draws closer, as does the revelation of many of Final Fantasy 7's original mysteries.
The four new Dengeki scans reveal more new features, basically centering around the game's storyline. Firstly, note that Zack and Angeal's family names have been revealed - Fair (Zack) and Hewley (Angeal). Zack's surname is designed to stand in opposite to 'Cloud Stife' in that it reflects 'fair weather'. Angeal's surname on the other hand is based on the Greek word for 'matter', which is translated in Latin as 'Materia'.
As for the new character, Lazard, not much is known except that he is vital to the story. Also note the past connections between Zack, Angeal and Genesis (G). These three, along with Sephiroth, are the cream of SOLDIER's crop, and destiny apparently brings these characters together often.
Still no word on the relationship between the three 'Angels' though...
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 is exclusively for PSP, and still has no announced release-date. Expect the date to be announced at Square-Enix Party '07 in May.
