Final Fantasy IV DS!
The rumours were true! The team behind FINAL FANTASY III is returning to the DS!

Matrix Software, hot off the heels of their most recent accomplishment, the DS remake of Final Fantasy III, have now announced their next project with Square-Enix.

FINAL FANTASY IV is currently being remade for the Nintendo DS, using a slightly advanced version of the Final Fantasy III engine. The game will still follow the tales of the dark knight Cecil, his vengeful brother Kane, and the long road to redemption that Cecil finds himself on.

Expect to see the game sometime in 2009. Until then, enjoy these images!
