Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles - Ring of Fates new images and release! As we reported earlier, we predicted that Ring of Fates would be releasing this year - now it's official! At the recent Square Party, the release date of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles - Ring of Fates was unclear, some suggested that this may be released next year to coincide with The Crystal Bearers on Wii. Well, we predicted you'd actually see it this year, and for those in Japan, this is true. We can now officially report that Crystal Chronicles - Ring of Fates will be released in Japan on the 23rd of August on Nintendo DS. As for America, Christmas seems likely. To tide you over, check out some new images of Square's next FF-related release! Just to clarify a few things, the second image features a boss battle with an unknown monster. The third image features some kind of royalty (suggesting the storyline might resemble FF9's). The sixth image shows a character mentioning crystals, and seems to be an important character in that he is telling the characters where to go next. The last image seems to be some new way of moving accross the world map, we'll clarify this a bit better when more is revealed on it.
