Dissidia: Final Fantasy trailer is online!
Square's major cross-over event for their 20th Anniversary is on the way - finally, a trailer has arrived!
Originally the screenshots led us to believe that the title was played similar to Super Smash Bros. - they were all placed side-on to the characters, probably to give the image of a traditional fighting game. The new trailer reveals that gameplay is actually more akin to that of Kingdom Hearts, in that the camera is maneuverable, and the action is fast-paced and fluid.
Besides this, we also hear what the game is like aurally, and both music and voice-acting are sounding equally good. The FMV scenes, although brief, look great. And last, but definitely not least, Sephiroth himself approaches the screen in that iconic scene of him amongst the fire - black screen, and the fans are left waiting for the next footage from the title.
Dissidia: Final Fantasy's release is still shrouded in mystery. Expect to be playing it on your PSP by the end of next year.
