Various Final Fantasy XIII updates!
Over the past few days, following the end of TGS, some smaller Final Fantasy 13-related news has surfaced!
To save you the trouble of looking to various sources, we've summarised it all here in one simple article!
Firstly, and most importantly, Sony and Square have re-confirmed that Final Fantasy 13 and Final Fantasy Versus 13 are 100% PlayStation 3 exclusive! This is great news for Square fans who were afraid the company might sell-out, but not the best news in the world for Xbox 360 players. Fear not, though! Square did say that other Fabula Nova Crystallis titles might come your way soon!
Next up, lets talk images. Sadly, nothing official has been shown since the end of the Show, but camera-shots and artists' impressions have been leaked! The following two pictures are most likely from Star Ocean 4, a new title that Square and tri-Ace are in the midst of developing now. The problem is, some fans are reporting that this was in the Final Fantasy 13 trailer... you be the judge!
Next up, artists' impressions of some of the new characters featured in the new Final Fantasy 13 and Final Fantasy Versus 13 trailers have shown up! Note that these are a are apparently from memory, but the intent is clear - typical Nomura character design. Regardless of whether you're still a fan or are growing tired of his never-ending similarities, the images are interesting, and definitely well-illustrated!
The first three are from Final Fantasy 13, the second three are from Versus 13.
