The Black Mages III: Darkness and Starlight After more than three years since their previous album, "The Skies Above", Uematsu's rock ensemble is returning! This third album, entitled The Black Mages III: Darkness and Starlight, will feature two discs - the first will be their usual Final Fantasy re-arrangements, and their second disc will centre around Japanese mythology. You can check out the new album's page here! The official site includes a special trailer, and a demo of the album - their arrangement of the famous Final Fantasy 7 Opening, 'Bombing Mission'! The album will be released through Dog Ear Records, and will be releasing on March 19th, 2008, a massive day for Japanese music, with at least two other major albums releasing on the same day - plenty of competition!
