Kyosuke Himuro & Gerard Way - "Safe and Sound"
The finalised PV for the Kyosuke Himuro/Gerard Way team up theme song has hit the net just in time for the Blu-ray release!
For those not in the know, the song is the official ending theme for Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children Complete. Kyosuke Himuro's 1989 classic "Calling" was used as the theme for the original version (Tetsuya Nomura was reportedly a big fan), and so with the 'Complete' version they decided that an actual, bona fide new official FF theme was needed. Thus, Himuro and Way teamed up earlier this year in LA to record the track (written by Way), and then film the PV.
The song will be released digitally on April 29 through iTunes. Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children Complete will be releasing in America on June 2.
