Final Fantasy X OST Details

Square has announced that the Original Soundtrack Album of Final Fantasy X is going to be released on the 1st of August. It is also going to be priced at 3,689 Yen.

The 4 CDs cover all 91 songs used in the game, from Rikki's theme song, Suteki da ne to the ending theme. It is also confirmed that Nobuo Uematsu will be working together with two composers on the Final Fantasy X soundtrack for the first time in the FF series' history. In a Digicube listing for the soundtrack, it was translated by the site that Uematsu is revealed has having worked with fellow Square Sounds composers Junya Nakano (Dewprism) and Masashi Hamauzu (SaGa Frontier II). The three composers reportedly "equally contributed to the music as composers," though Uematsu remains the sole producer of the soundtrack.

The first press (limited edition) will include a 4CD Digipack case, semi-transparent sleeve case and a mail interview of Nobuo Uematsu (composer) and Kazunari Nojima (script).
