Chaos - Final Fantasy XII Espers

This Wind-based Esper excels at exploiting enemy weaknesses. Combine this with his Faith status effect and his extremely high attack power and you have an extremely ally. Whirlwind enflicts damage equal to 50% of the enemies Max HP, while Tornada deals anything up to 90% of an enemies Max HP. However, both are limited to 9,999 HP damage, and both are totally in-effective if the enemy has the Safety Augment.
