Penelo - Final Fantasy XII Characters

Penelo, a 16 year old girl, lives in Rabanastre, in the Lowtown district. Like Vaan, she makes her living running errands for merchants on Rabanastre's streets. She is frequently around to get Vaan out of trouble and, despite being a year younger, she acts as if she is an elder sister.

She first joins Vaan at the beginning of the game when he visit Giza Plains. After returning to Rabanastre, she leaves the party for a time but will finally rejoin the party permanently during events aboard the Dreadnought Leviathan.

Her Max MP is the highest of all the characters and, although her strength is fairly low for much of the adventure, her relatively high Speed attribute will always make her a valuable ally. As with Ashe, make Magick-related licenses a priority for Penelo and always make sure that she has the best available Mace equipped. When Penelo joins the party the second time, she should have a very large amount of LP available, use these to gain as many Augments as possible to make up for her extremely poor HP and Strength.
