Ultima Weapon
Character: Cloud
How to obtain: Fight and defeat ultimate weapon in the sky. Barge into it once, fight it and it will fly that, after that find it in the sky and continuously ram it until you fight it, then it will fly off again. Continue this process until you defeat it permanently and you'll get this weapon.
Missing Score
Character: Barret
How to obtain: At the end of Disc 2 in Midgar there is a chest holding the Missing Score on the staircase leading to where Hojo is. Barrett need to be a party member to find this item.
Premium Heart
Character: Tifa
How to obtain: Excavate the "Sector Five Key" from Bone Village, then in Disc two or three go to Midgar and head to Wall Market (Sector 6). Look at the computer in the shop with the neon "item" sign as you first enter.
Princess Guard
Character: Aeris
How to obtain: When in the strange "time" room at The Temple Of The Ancients, set the hands to enter room IV, you'll find this in there.
Limited Moon
Character: Red XIII
How to obtain: In Disc three, after the monster attacks Midgar, visit Bugenhagen and he will give it to you before he takes off.
Marvellous Cheer
Character: Cait Sith
How to obtain: In Disc two when in Midgar, search the lockers on the 64th floor of the Shinra building
Conformer
Character: Yuffie
How to obtain: In Disc two or three, in a chest in the wreck of a Shinra Aeroplane (located near the gold saucer submarine bay).
Venus Gospel
Character: Cid
How to obtain: In Disc One or Two, the man who gave Cloud a sword in Disc 1 will stand outside a house by the rocket pad. Talk to him three times after the rocket has crashed into meteor and he'll give you the weapon, but only if you've talked to him once before on either disc one or two.
Death Penalty
Character: Vincent
How to obtain: In the waterfall (accessed by submarine), must visit this twice. When you get his Limit Break manual, you also get his Death Penalty.
